--- Foreword ---

I am Masakazu Imai, a pharmacist and the innovator of the 'Gauze Remedy," a self-treatment method for nasal conditions.  I have persevered with a 46-year-long chronic rhnitis, and undergone two surgeries without satisfactory results. My doctor diagnosed that it would be difficult to cure my conditions.

In 1999 I came upon this innovative idea for treating nasal inflammation
and  experimented with the method on my nose for one year. This self-treatment method - without doctors' intervention - proved to be far more effective than conventional methods. Virtually with no harmful side-effects,  anyone with or without medical background can effectively treat themselves at home, not needing to visit specialist doctors. Whether or not doctors, specialists or medical technologies are available, now there is a safe, effective nasal treatment method throughout nations.

An often quoted Japanese proverb says that a cold is a cause of all the ills that flesh is heir to. True to the saying, chronic nasal conditions cause many other symptoms. I believe that effective treatment and cure for various nasal conditions will make a great contribution for the humanity.

Since this remedy was released on my Japanese website http://members3.jcom.home.ne.jp/nose.w/ in 2000, we have received an immense amount of appreciation and praises. With the appreciative and unsolicitied feedback from those who have experienced with the remedy during the past eight years - including Japanese people resident overseas - the very high level of effectiveness has been established.

This website is based on
medical facts, the actual reports from the users and my professional researches over eight years. The thankful patients are avid readers of our websites, which maintain top ranking in the field of chronic nasal treatment via many search engines on the internet. It is my sincere wish that this English version of our website will help many more patients anywhere on the planet.

The Gauze Remedy
is a treatment method to suppress nasal inflammation that stems from bacterial infection
By directly applying the gauze dipped in the antibiotic solution to the inflamed area in the nasal cavity, the combined effects of antibiotics and the cleansing gauze work brilliantly hand in hand.

The effectiveness of the remedy is enthusiastically praised by numerous users who say it has cured their symptoms several times faster than the methods or medicines that they had taken previously. With the Gauze Remedy you will be able to reach and treat all areas in the nasal cavity relative to the given symptom whether it is postnasal drips, headache or loss of the sense of smell. See a diagram of treatment area for specific symptoms.

The remedy approach adheres to the basic principal in dermatology treatment. Gauze containing the antibiotic solution is pressed upon the infected and inflamed membrane area. The removed gauze - with the bloody mucus or pus - can show you the location and condition of the membrane. Each time the gauze comes out of your nose, the blood spots will be fewer and smaller. The progress will be revealed in front of your eyes. Your progress of the treatment may be worth recording with an nasal endoscope. It will help you scientifically probe the inflamed area deep inside the nasal cavity.

The safety and effectiveness is assured as long as you follow the remedy directions step by step. Take care with the basic tools which are designed for safe and easy handling by the method’s creator. Slight difficulty may be experienced during the initial couple of times of inserting gauze. Using our paste-type lubricating solvent on the tip of the gauze will make an easier and more smooth treatment. It will ensure no harm to the tender membrane cells and help the regeneration of new cells. Most beginners will benefit from using the solvent at every treatment.
