2)what kind of symptoms you have, 
3) what procedures have been taken so far.
4)whether you have any allergies.

Once you have decided on the purchase, all you need to do is  register with PayPal.  Click on the logo of "Paypal" (on any page) to login.  If you are not a Paypal member, register.  It takes two days to complete registration for ensuring safe transactions.  Once you received a confirmation,  click on the menu "Send Menu" on the top of the page. Follow the prompt:   Type in sosei@jcom.home.ne.jp as the recipient,  and the correct amount and select JPY.  Select "Goods". Click on "Continue". Review your transaction details.  Before clicking on the "Send Money" box,  please write your name and address as your reference note. You will be notified of the progress of the transaction by email.

If you prefer other payment  methods than Paypal,  inform us by email. You may pay by your  credit card  or  via your bank. Please consult with us.

Please note that PayPal's transaction fee* will be incurred during each transaction. 

The transactions should take place promptly but may take a few days.  
You will receive the confirmation of each transaction by email.
