Mr. Imai, it’s been almost a month since I started treating my middle meatus and  inferior meatus of the left nasal cavity. For the first two to three days, I was simply amazed while bloody and slimy pus or abscess kept coming out of my nose. Then I started treating the right cavity which shows no such symptoms. I have been treating the middle meatus on both nostrils for a month, and now my daily life is just so normal and comfortable. It’s incredible. I can’t believe my suffering with sinusitis is actually over. I am experiencing only slightly greenish discharge from the right nasal cavity and that’s the only symptom that I have now.

Many of my dentist colleagues have respiratory diseases due to the fact we are subjected to metal powder dust from treating teeth. I think there are thousands more dental surgeons who secretly suffer from sinusitis like I was. Being a dentist sufferer, however, I have an advantage during my self-treatment.  Wearing a mask at work, treating my patients’ teeth, I am simultaneously treating my nose! They don’t even know my voice is any different from normal! Honestly this is a very convenient remedy for me.

On a serious note, I truly appreciate your method. It is common practice in dentistry to directly apply medicine on an infected tooth, in a root canal. It improves the tissues surrounding the tooth and the tooth itself. So your theory - to apply the antibiotics directly onto the infected area - makes sense to me, although I could never have imagined how greatly it could improve the infection and the surrounding tissues. 

The localized treatment - putting the antibiotics directly onto the infected sinus membranes is truly logical and effective without any risk of side affects. I hope such an excellent treatment (in many ways) reaches out to more people who suffer from sinusitis and rhinitis.

No. 2) “My eye-sight has improved too!” A report from a user of 7 days

It’s been a week since I started the gauze remedy. I feel I have come a long way already because I can insert the gauze pretty well now. I was very scared at first, but now I am able to put gauze of 30 cm x 6cm size to the deep end of the cavity.

At first, I was sneezing a lot and had a great quantity of clear mucous discharge, not much of pus from an abscess at all, probably because the gauze did not reach the infected area in the deep end. But when the gauze reached the deep end area, I felt such a strong sensation that I could hold it only for 20 minutes. The removed gauze had green pus and mucous with a few little blood spots. 

I noted that my eye-sight has also dramatically improved since I started the treatment. My eye-sight was getting terribly worse when my empyema was progressing.  However, as my sinus symptoms kept improving, my eye-sight has also improved. Since I started the gauze remedy, I started to notice objects in the distance while driving my car. This was a very nice surprise for me. 

I am so looking forward to the completion day of the gauze remedy. I am 53 years old. I never expected to experience a recovery of my eye-sight. I will continue to go all the way with this gauze remedy. Thank you so very much.

Since I received your parcel, I have been treating my nose every night before going to bed. I wish I could do it during the day, but my work place doesn’t provide a private room where I can be alone.  The bad smell from my nose on awakening has definitely reduced since I started this treatment. I think it’s wonderful that this remedy has both a chemical and a practical approach. I now well understand why you must use gauze to thoroughly clean inside the nose.

I believe it needed one of the sufferers with medical knowledge to invent this remedy. I don’t believe any ordinary medical doctor could have created this remedy method. For the alveolar pyorrhea treatment in dentistry, cleaning a periodontal pocket can not show any effect unless the area is chemically cleaned with bactericide, and by destroying bacterial biofilm with ultrasonic wave. I think the basic theory here is similar to the Gauze Remedy.

My postnasal drip had stopped almost completely by the third day. However, the antibiotic reagent didn’t seem quite apt to me in the first week because I could sense a new type of bad smell in my nose although I had no postnasal discharge. My guess is that while good bacteria* have been reduced by the antibiotics, the bacteria that cause bad smell may have increased. So, depending on my condition, I sometimes take tablets that are to work in trichomonal vaginitis as they are effective in eliminating odor. I can do it without having to worry about side effects, because it’s a direct local treatment.

During my conventional sinus treatment days, I experienced adverse side-effects from taking tablets that were prescribed by my ENT doctor. In the gauze remedy, however, I am free from any risk of side effects or drug-resistant strain problems. At the moment my sinus condition is not yet consistent, and I hope to increase good bacteria to control the resident microbiota in my nose.
I am grateful that I am now free from any postnasal drips. I am getting better at inserting gauze. It is astounding to see such long gauze strips going inside my nose. While I treat my nose, my children just stare at me and burst into laughter, especially as I pull the gauze out of my nose. My husband jokes with the children, suggesting that I put a flag instead of gauze so that I can be on the Funniest Home Video!

It is no easy task to transform the resident microbiota that existed inside me ever since I was a child. I know that for a fact from my occupation. All aspects of my lifestyle, including diet and environment have to change as well. I know it will take a long time till the day when I am completely (hopefully) cured, but I am prepared to take the time. Thank you again for giving me hope.

Thank you so much Mr. Imai, you saved my life! With so many hardships due to the bad smell from my nose, I had become a very passive, inactive person. Every day I suffered inwardly wondering what significance my life holds because there seemed to be no way to turn around my health. Every time I went to see my ENT doctors I came back disappointed. 

But then I found your homepage and I started treating myself straight away. I aimed at a complete cure at the third month, following the example of another patient. Well at the third month, it was not thoroughly cured but my condition had dramatically improved. I am glad that I did not stop treating then. It was 3 months ago now. 
I have been treating my nose for 6 months in total and now I am very close. I feel I already am completely cured, as I feel great. I never expected this day would come. This is my update. My treatment is progressing at greater speed than I would have ever expected. I am amazed at the effectiveness of the antibiotic. I am also taking another tablet, but I know that the gauze remedy is the one which is producing the result. Thanks to the method, I can locate the inflamed area and the adhered areas have diminished so much during the last couple of weeks.

It was mind blowing to realize how infected and inflamed my sinus membranes really have been. My nasal air passages were at first almost completely blocked. After a lot of perseverance, the four passages - middle meatus and inferior meatus in both left and right – opened and I can breathe so much more comfortably. The inferior meatus is almost completely open, I can smell properly now, I am so happy.

No. 6) A letter from a patient of chronic sinusitis and empyema,
 who conducted Gauze Remedy for 5 months

The first letter: Let me explain about my case. My sinus problems started in my childhood. As I did not receive appropriate medical treatment then, when I grew up and saw and ENT specialist I had a progressed empyema. I had all the symptoms of nasal inflammation. I had a surgery to remove nasal polyp and the symptoms improve for a while, but after two years I am constantly having bronchitis due to the (green) mucopurulent mucus falling onto the throat from deep end of the nasal cavity. I feel the condition is deteriorating every time I have cold. I still feel some foreign substances stuck deep in the nasal cavity as well as the mucopurulent mucus. Even if I receive treatment from my ENT doctor, the seeming recovery is only temporary and I am concerned about continuing to take prescribed medicines because of all the side reversal effects. I am hoping to improve with the Gauze Remedy.

The next letter after 5 months: I have been treating my nose only once in the evening as I couldn’t find time in the morning. I am amazed with the result. I was only treating the middle meatus area at first, but the gauze showed no blood or green spots. I now know that I was not reaching the deep end of the nasal cavity.

Soon after I started the treatment, I was at an early stage of flu and felt the nasal congestion and a dull pain beneath the right eye. I conducted the gauze remedy in the evening and the morning after. The removed gauze attached lots of green mucous. In the afternoon, the pain has almost gone and the nasal air passage has opened and I could breathe through the nose, for the first time for a long time. I was so moved at the wonderful effect of the treatment.

Afterward, I intensively treated the middle and superior meatuses. I was surprised to see the blood spots and mucopurulent mucus on the gauze removed from the nose after a treatment. I didn’t know that my left nasal cavity was inflamed because I never had trouble in breathing through the left.  

At the moment, the right superior meatus only shows clear mucus, while the middle meatus in both nasal cavities sometimes show blood and green mucus. The air passage in the right nasal cavity is not good yet. When the gauze is in the left nasal cavity, it feels falling over the end of the cavity to the throat. However, no matter how deep in the right nasal cavity, the gauze doesn’t seem to fall off at all. I suppose the left nasal cavity has severe inflammation at the end.

Often I have chunks of green mucopurulent mucus falling onto the throat, especially when I awake in the morning. I wish to locate it properly and treat them thoroughly. In every winter in the past years I had cold symptoms worsened which deteriorate my chronic empyema. But this year I don’t catch cold and haven’t seen my ENT doctors at all. The reason why I was catching cold so often was because of my nasal inflammation. This is thanks to the Gauze Remedy, I am very grateful to you. Please continue your work, I appreciate your help.
